Currency issuance, policy instruments, targets, and market operations — the operational face of OMNL monetary sovereignty.

Currency & digital issuance

Public documentation is expected to cover currency name and code, issuance authority, backing or reserve structure, monetary aggregates (M0, M1, M2…), convertibility, and redemption rules — including any digital currency or tokenised liabilities.

Policy & operations

Policy instruments, targets, reserve requirements, standing facilities, open market operations, repo / reverse repo, and emergency tools will be described in line with the monetary policy framework once approved.
